Be available outside of class at predictable times to provide feedback and support
When students are able to access teachers reliably, they may be more likely to ask for help. Seeing that their teachers are regularly available can reduce stress– students always know how and when to get help– and also shows that the teacher is committed to their success, even outside of class time.
